Here's My Opinion

Best : Romans (Fantastic UU + good traits)

Runner Up:
Japan : Wonderful traits and good UU too, good time for GA

Very Good
Iroquis : decent traits and very good UU
Greece : Set up very well for Defensive Perfectionist Game
Persians : Simular to Romans, but dont like UU as much
Egypt : Triple Threat Civ

Worst
English : Pathetic UU and average traits
Russia : ditto
