No sh_t, I wasn't saying that, I was saying that if business and personal are two different things (as you said) then insulting them wouldn't effect them personally (also what you said). So what are you talking about?!? You're the one who told us that if we keep insulting them they'll become offended and go away. We obviously don't care how we look, imature or not, the "point is" will they be effected by it all? Either way you contridicted yourself.

The truth is that good PR is a part of making money. It would not be done at all if it were not going to lead to making more money.

How much personal attention have you received from AT&T lately? Coca-Cola? General Motors?

Sorry to point out the not so obvious.

In the case of Firaxis and this forum, I can not fault them for ignoring 99% of the traffic. I might. I might intend to let my patches and expansions do my talking.

BTW, some/many people have mentioned receiving positive responses from Firaxis via email. Can't say if this is universal, but I thought I'd point it out. I've seen several references to it.

Oh. One more BTW. Weren't you personally invited to apply for the beta test team?

But they are listening to the ones that are trying to be constructive... and ignoring the things being said by the "insulters" ever if they have some valid points between their insults...

And yes it does matter when you make personal insults toward them... it makes you look like an ass, and then NOBODY takes you seriously...

Hey, Lib's cool. And he and I share the same views when it comes to the game and the company. And the lack of 'elegance' or 'courtesy' wouldn't make my views any less important or valued than his or anyone else's. That just means I handle my disapointment differently that's all.
