I keep building these massively productive cities! Here is one that is fairly lack-luster when it comes to trade, but really excels at shield production. (229 shields to be exact) What made all the difference? Yep, this is the first city I have ever built that was able to complete the iron works mini-wonder :-) (boy was I ever surprised) check it out:
