In search of a Slinger unit

I have looked for a flc slinger unit for sometime now. This is this AOE slinger graphic on the files forum page, but its not in flc format. That one would work. I havent got an Flc graphics editor, so can someone point me to a good one?

If you want slingers try ctp2 cradle version. Many new units and concepts have been incorporated making this game now highly playable and enjoyable. If you don't believe try it to find out. Makes Civ3 seem archaic.
