)Once a worker has performed a task he becomes a specialist and does that task faster the next time out. He becomes a veteran, then elite. In other words he gets good at it.
)As long as a city has an ocean or lake square in its city zone a worker should be able to build a dock on it which performs as a harbor for that city and allows it to build ships.
)Units should have nationality. A unit produced by a conquered city should be of that cities nationality, serving the conquerer.
)During revolutions there is a chance that subject minorities will try to break away. They could appeal to their home country for assistance and try to become part of that country again. They could also try to set up their own country if one has been knocked out of the game or if their home country is no more. The revolution could spread to other countries where cities of the revolting nationality exist. Conscript units would appear, fortified, in forests, hills and mountains and begin to try to liberate the cities. Some of the units of the revolting nationality should revolt too, and be set outside their cities or separated from other, non revolting units. Other such units should refuse to obey orders, but not revolt. If attacked by a revolutionary unit it should either (1)defend itself, (2) join the revolution, or (3) disband itself. In case these units are attempted to be disbanded they should either refuse, disband, or join the revolution. If the home country declares war on the side of the revolution then more if not all of these units should join the revolution.
)The first three or four generations of city growth after conquest should be of the original nationality.
None of these ideas may be truly inspiring. I doubt they would make the list in the other thread. Still I think it would be fun to see them added. I'd pay for an add on pack w/ some such neat stuff included.
