army or wonder?

i'm not sure if there is a ceiling, but in the Blitz mod i changed it so that armies have a capasity of 2 and then the military academy, the pentagon, and battlefield medicine all increase army capasity by 1

Well good, it sounds like each one justs adds one more unit, so if I create enough small wonders, I might end up with an army of 10+ units. I've decided to bypass this whole army/leader thing and build a High Council SW, with Monarchy, that allows me to build an army without a leader. So my Military Academy, and anything else I have up my sleeve, will just make for larger armies instead. And any leaders that may miraculouusly pop up can be used for finishing my Wonders.
