I think he is referring to the city named Apolyton, hence the name of this site and where the co-owner of this site lives, Greece.
However, it is difficult to believe that 2 times 2 does not equal 4; does that make it true? On the other hand, is it really so difficult simply to accept everything that one has been brought up on and that has gradually struck deep roots – what is considered truth in the circle of moreover, really comforts and elevates man? Is that more difficult than to strike new paths, fighting the habitual, experiencing the insecurity of independence and the frequent wavering of one’s feelings and even one’s conscience, proceeding often without any consolation, but ever with the eternal goal of the true, the beautiful, and the good? - F.N.

Hmmm, I am greek and I have never heard such a name for a city.. Apolyton means absolute and it is a adjective : we might say : he is apolytos, which in this case means someone is absolute in his opinion. Anyway I see it as a tribute to the guy at this site.
Here in Athens (suburbs) we have 50 cm of snow!!! (a liltle kess than 2 feet) It is amazing.....
There is no city named Apolyton, as far as I know- apolyton was a word that means FINAL in greek (at least that is what they say in the community section)
THus it was both a pitch to the site and a joke for the developers to include it as the LAST city for the greeks
