You can go to the Files forum and download the "Cheat" mod. It's not an infinite money cheat, since without scripting there's no way to do that. It does however give you a whole bunch of advantages, among which the fact that you never pay upkeep for any unit or building. So, well, any money you make just accumulate towards rush-building stuff or diplomacy. You also get a combination unit that acts like workers, settlers and warriors rolled into one that don't cost population and always take 1 turn to build.

Basically, if you also read the instructions, I don't think anyone can possibly lose even on Regent with that mod, unless they actually tried to lose.

On the other hand, you also get the changes from the Exponential mod in the deal, which is to say: no more anti-tank spearmen, and some opponents have been upgraded to prefer something marginally better than despotism. You may or may not like that part of the deal.

But are those things things prohibited to the AI? That is, may it also build the uber-unit?

That and the uber-fast explorer/warrior are restricted to one civilization. So unless you're playing the wrong civ, no, the AI doesn't have those. What can I say? It's a cheat

            Unlimited Funds Cheat

CyberMan released an Unlimited Funds cheat trainer for Civilization 3.

It's not mine so I won't post it here, but e-mail me at info@rev6.com and I'll reply with the Trainer attached.

I'll try to post it to this message, hope it works! It's 12.5K.

Jodo propogates cheats. Why does that not surprise me?

                  Lib: HaHAHAHA

Troubleshooting: If it doesn't work with v1.16, but it works with 1.07, guess what? Hmm... I don't know.

I'll update this if I find a new version until then, use 1.07 or don't cheat like LIB is whining about.

                    1.16f

Download the Version that you have! Sorry about the confusion.

Crusader Joe himself posted a file I believe, but here's the NFO: The files are too large to post here, so both versions of the PowerBar are available at:

Please contact me with any problems at crsadrjoe@earthlink.net

The features are the same, here they are:
                    ==============================

                    1. Identifies all civs currently playing.

                    2. Gives player complete control over all civ treasuries - set them at will.

                    3. Identifies all cities.

                    4. Gives players the ability to complete (at no expense) or ruin the production in any city (player's or opponent's).

                    5. Allows player to build a particular unit or improvement in each city with the click of a button. Simply select that improvement in one of your cities, then click the "build -> All" button and voila, each of your cities completes the project (at no expense). This quickly adds marketplaces, banks, etc. to each of your cities, rather than visiting every city individually. And it builds huge militaries FAST.

                    6. Allows the player to ruin the production in each city of a selected Civ, or just a particular city.

                    7. Allows players to assign opponents to an "Enemy List", whereby the production in each of their cities is ruined each turn. Great for limiting their expansion early in the game.

                    8. The PowerBar resides in the upper right corner of the screen, and can be retracted upward and out of the way using the "Hide" button. It returns when the player clicks on the lower part of the bar that remains barely visible while retracted.
