I was just playing a game, and I came across the greeks only to discover that they hadn't done anything. They were sitting there, city size 1, no military, no expansion. I thought this was strange, but then one of the rankings came out that said I was the most powerful civ, and I KNEW that couldn't be right (cause I suck). So I retired and as far as I could tell, none of the other civs had done anything at all.

Is this a known bug?

More data is required. What was your difficulty level? What was the year? What sort of terrain were the Greeks caught in? Etc...

weird, never heard of it happening to anyone else. easy way to win the game though
