short cut keys

Would someone post the short cut key (ex. ctrl+p is for...)
I see them then when I want them I can't remember where I saw them.

I found:

add to queu: ****+click on unit

Delete from queu: del

save queu: shift+Q

Load queu: Q

Automate Settler (without changing old improvements): Shift+A

oh man...

anyways, any idea why building a railroad is SHIFT-R instead of just R? i mean i could understand why they would complicate it IF, and ONLY IF your worker would either:
1) build a railroad on a tile that has no roads whatsover
2) build a road and then automatically build a railroad when he's done.

but nooooo, apparently you have to press R to build a road and then SHIFT-R when he's done...

wtf is the point? if you're not going to add a feature that takes advantage of a new hotkey, then why even make a new hotkey? this game has way too many hotkeys, it's no wonder you guys keep asking for a list
