Hi All,

I have been playing Civ from the first one many years ago,(like most of you) and I think this is the best Civ forum.

Where can I find the "last release of balancer"?I see different ways to use the editor and personally I have increased strategic resources ratio because I believe it's not realistic that only 2 squares in a large map can have coal.then I added fascist gov and modified several units following your input and my way of concerning war units efficiency.

Thanks and hope for an early patch that includes every idea posted here.

I have all civ games, and I have the 1.07f version at moment, from civ 3, at this night I will be goes to 1.16f, in my 1.07f game there are many coals sources.
