My Safe File Crashes

I have a save file and each time I end a turn, and then I go thru all buildings completitiong messages, then I get research finished message, and another dialog. Upon closing it the game always crashes, giving me error "Memory could not be read at location 0".

Can someone try that save game and play 2 or so turn and see if it crashes for them too?

I'm playing with the latest patch installed on win2k.
