I don't think anybody can know, quite a few of those changes were cosmetics ... it very much depends what is changed and how the patch is implemented .. Usually, if a single byte in a DLL is updated, the entire DLL is needed in the patch for download .. however, a spelling correction in a text file will be as large as the text file .. so it really could be anything ..
I haven't got access to the code here on my work PC, so im not sure what the largest continual file size is .. and the chances of that being updated ?? This is where a bit of planning always helps .. relatively small DLL's mean, relatively small patches ..
I personally believe if your going to develop a project which requires patches .. a mechanism for update should be provided from within the game ... great example is Settlers 3&4 .. but thats not the way it has been done .."Wherever wood floats, you will find the British" . Napoleon

please, no complaints about the download size!!!! In this day and age 7mb is nothing, even on 56k. If you're still paying $1 per megabyte downloaded then sorry, but you're getting ripped off
If you reaaaalllly have problems downloading then use a download manager like getright or gozilla, or wait for your favourite magazine to put it on their cd, or get your friend to download it.
