Aircraft range fixed in patch?

I didn't see it in the patch list but has anyone heard if they added that you can go beyond 8 in the editor for the range of aircraft and airdrops?

I also saw that the manhatan project small wonder is still not available (but maybe through the new military academy changes like someone else is doing...)
