Why do my govs keep trying to build obsolete units?
I keeping building infantry and artillery, but everytime I finish a unit, the govs want to switch my to riders (I'm Chinese), cavalry, and even bownmen!?!?! 
WTF? Why are these even options anymore? Infantry should have made all those units obsolete. Heck, cavalry should have made riders obsolete.
This is annoying. Just keep building the same military unit until I say change. Is that so hard???
