  • The squares around your city population number mean something.

    The square around your pop. number will either be outlined in white or not. If the white outline is there, the city's mood is being managed by the governor. If there is no outline, the governor is not managing city mood. This is great way to tell if civil disorder will be handled by your governor that turn.

    cool hadnt noticed that, did notice the pop number change to yellow when it hits pop limit at 6 or 12....

      The color of the pop numbers are significant.
      White means food surplus, yellow means food balance, and red means food deficit.

        Yellow: Population is not increasing
        Red: Population is DEcreasing

        So, you will also note these colors when you have no food surplus or you have a food deficit.
