I love the "Goto" function on Civ3, but it has one major flaw, it never considers non-friendly territory.
I'm playing a game where me (Germany) and France have a small network of alternating cities, getting a unit to one of them always involves cutting through French territory and I end up being warned and then threatened, consequently the units never make it.
The GoTo function could be enhanced so that it considers non-friendly territory and attempts to avoid it, or minimise the crossing of it. I'd suggest holding down the shift key whilst using the GoTo would make this happen.
