SAVED GAME - America occupies American territories

A my Civilization III web site (http://www.actolm.com/civiii.htm), I have available for download a game in which the Americans occupy the American territories on the world map I'm using. In other words, I am playing as the Americans and have cities in Alaska, Hawaii, the lower 48, guam and the panama canal.
