    Just a thought, but it seems to me that the farther away people live from Washington, D.C., the more honest they are.

    Hahahaha, Hilarious.

    Well, I'll admit the corruption seems extreme.

    The reality is that a country can be only so big, Like Russia for instance, clearly overstreched itself in its old days, but that doesn't mean that the farthest cities have tons of corruption.

    It's kind of hard to model. But as is it's just too much. Can't win the game by counqering.

      In modern days, corruption doesn't occur from distance to the capital. However, in the ancient days when we didn't have technology to globally unify the world, corruption did occur due to distance from the capitol.
      It would be nice to see this implemented in the game.
