Can you completely destroy an enemy unit with a bombardment attack?? IF not that is very stupid.

...and the reasons why it can't be done are pretty good, too.
There are pages of threads on the subject if you want to search and see the differing opinions.To doubt everything or to believe everything are two equally convenient solutions; both dispense with the necessity of reflection.

No you can't destroy a unit with bombardment. Its still useful though because you can knock it down to one hit point and make it way easier for an offensive unit to kill it.Quintus...trampling the rights of peasants since 4000BCComment

IMHO the bombardment system is excellent,just soft up your enemy for a few rounds,and then send in the ground troops to complete the mission!!!
