  • Oh My God

look at this picture of diplomacy with Elizabeth.. its crazy...
first off, you should know that I have half the entire culture, score, and power on the histograph.

ok, i asked for 10 gold, 1/4 of her treasury, as you can see, and i offered my entire treasury of 9030 gold, all 40 of my cities, as you can see by the cities tab being gray, and al my tech, same as cities, and luxuries, same a cities.
    she said no
the ai really needs some work on offering and accepting offers.. the really pure and simple " if(valueX+ valueY> valueZ) { accept offer} " idea is really cool, but it needs some modifications, because of situations like this... also, the bottomless treasury of zero is a major bug too

I'm debating on whether the AI's diplomacy needs modified, or if it's just your diplomacy that needs modified.

She probably didn't want all the hassles of running a big empire.

There are some stupid things though. I tried giving 100 gold in exchange for 10 gold and and the ai said they would never accept such a deal...

I wonder why they didn't put God in Civ3? Anybody got any ideas?

...Because a few people here would have demanded money from Firaxis for using their likeness in the game.

Well, if we were talking Satan, I might personally have some copyright issues. I have to make my living, too!

Interestingly, if you offer all that stuff without demanding anything in return, the computer will gladly accept it as a gift
