can't help but mention...
that when you have 20-30 captured workers working on improvements around your newly captured cities.. it looks awesome 
20-30 little shovels moving, with guys in brown overalls... RRs and roads everywhere, surrounding oddly named cities... and a defensive line 3 or 4 blocks away from all of this. 
just had to mention this cuz i find myself staring at them for 5 mins/turn
