One of the biggest impressions when you talk to a leader of another nation is the presentation of the leader. I'm glad that Civ 3 guys spent time actually creating beautiful animated computer graphics of the leaders such as Gandhi and Mao.
One thing though. Since you can modify (or add in the future) civs using the editor, the hardest part is for fans to create their own animated computer graphics. Like if someone creates a Mongol civ, they want to see an animated Khan when they talk with them.
I hope Firaxis releases a expansion pack featuring new civs (like the Mongols) and including their leader animation graphics which are simply SUPERB!!!
