Put the ratio locks back in!!!!

Fireaxis, please put the ratio locks back in. Whenever I adjust the research rate, my luxury setting resets to zero and some of my cities go into disorder on the next turn.

Huh? Yeah- if you increase your reasearch rate to 100%, everything else goes to zero. Otherwise, I think you may be mistaken...

No, it does happen...

I have had a number of times where I've been moving the tech slider to maximize my benefit and then gone back to playing. On the next round, many cities suddenly go into disorder. I check the Domestic adviser and sure enough, the Luxury is set to zero.

If it's not supposed to work that way, I don't know how to explain it.
