Buy it at Best Buy, they have a 30 day price match policy and always put new games on sale once in that initial 30 days after their release. If past expierence proves correct then they will put a 49.99 game on sale for 34.99 within 30 days of release, probably starting this Sunday. So you could buy it now and get the difference refunded next week or the week they or CompUSA puts it on sale.
