UN tie breaker?
Decided to go for a UN victory this time. Built the UN, then waited a few turns, just to see what would happen in that game. Every turn, a pop-up would come up asking if I wished to commence with the UN council. Anyhow, I finally activated the UN, and the votes came out tied at 3 to 3.
After that, the UN 'initiation prompt' never showed up again.
I guess the UN is a one shot deal.
And at a 1000 production, you'd better be the winner!
I think I will mod the UN wonder to give something else too...
