How to conduct espionage

I have embassies with all other civs and I recently build
the intellegance agency but I don't know how to plant
spies etc. Any ideas? Thanks.

There's a whack of buttons along the right side of the info box in the bottom right corner. D is for Diplomacy. E is for Espionage. I forget the other two off hand.
