Two of 'em:
1) Is there any way to zoom in and out in the editor? In the game pressing 'Z' takes you to an expanded view, but this doesn't seem to work.
2) To edit the rules of CivIII in general (as in, games that start from the main menu), do I use civ3mod.bic? And then to edit the rules of just one scenario, I open that and edit the rules (without affecting the rest of the game)?
