Does rush buy exist ?

I cannot find the "rush buy" function to complete the production of a unit/improvement? Anybody ?????

Yeah, there is a little square by your production que, it should have an arrow or something, I can't member right now, it's in the lower right of the city screen to the left of the production box.

When you rush in Despotism, or Communism you pay with citizens, when you rush in Monarchy, Republic, Democracy you pay with gold, and you can't rush anything in Anarchy.
