Sell Hospital or Aqueduct?

Is there a way to sell the hospital or aqueduct if you want to? I don't want more than size 12, but already built Hospital.

PS Is there any way to fully eliminate pollution from population? Mass Transit leaves 1 or 2 pollution warnings.

I don't know if you can ever fully get rid of population pollution- just a problem forever really if your cities get superhuge.

And you bring up a good question with the Hospitals and Aqueducts. I will go mess around with them right now...
