    Hey,

Okay, so I'm playing a game at the moment where I'm in modern times and spread out onto 3 different continents. The Aztecs are my neighbors on my "primary" continent, and after I accidently broke a mutual protection agreement AGES ago (no seriously, 2 ages ago!) they haven't been wanting to trade with me 1 for 1 (well no civ seems to want to do that anyway).

At some point I just got tired of having my immense army (it IS rather immense if I have to say so myself ) not do anything and decided that I might try and go for some more land on my primary continent. So I mobilized my entire fleet and tons of armour, artillery, marines and so on to enclose the Aztec empire (though keeping outside their actual borders).

I then called them and asked for a trade, and whatta you know!? It came out to MY favor for once.

But whether that was just fluke or what I'm not sure. What do you guys think? Do you think the computer opponents actually sense the impending doom and therefor become more ... managable?
    Regards,

So it can actually sense the difference between units just going about their business and me actually moving in to put pressure on it... **** (pardon) that is so cool.
