Workers get stuck

Did anybody notice that sometimes the workers get stuck getting in and out of a city (meaning that they get in the city, out on a square, in the city again, out on the same square, and so on to the infinite?)

Looks like there's an infinite loop in their logic or something...

Anybody else noticed this?

Maybe they thought they left the stove at home and keep going back to check?

Seriously though....I have not seen it happen with looping. Usually they just stop in a town and request new orders from me. Which, I might as is much better than the engineer dance in Civ2 resulting in a continue moving unit message.
