I made a trade agreement w/ another nation and eventually ran out of the strategic resource myself. How do I cancel the trade agreement..i know its through the diplomacy screen but where..

Click on "active" in the trade window, that shows all treaties and trades you currently have with the nation you're speaking to.
If it's been at least 20 turns you can cancel it without them getting upset, otherwise you're reputation will take a hit. -
