All, following is the from the screen from the civopedia. I am just curious if I am understanding these right

Worker efficiency 100% (100% of what????)
Hurry Method forced labor
Corruption/Waste rampant
Draft Rate 2 (2? what does that mean?????)
Military Police Limit 2 (i assume this means you can use 2 units max to make people content. right??????)
Unit Support (this just says how many units you can support and then you have to pay, right??????)
per Town
per city
per metropolis

draft; after nationalism, you can draft your citizens as soldiers. (without production) rate 2 means you can draft 2 pop in one turn

police limit; you are right

unit support; you are right; town city size < 6, city: 7-12; metropolis; >12
