Plant Disease
Your Spy can be ordered to poison the water supply of one of your rival's cities. A successful attempt reduces the target city's population.

Is this still in the game? Haven't gotten that far yet. Or was it taken out after the manual was printed?

Uhh, it looks like the real world, remove it at once!

I believe the readme file states that this option was removed.

I don't think this is possible any longer. I have planted quite a few spies, after building an Intelligence Agency, and it isn't one of the listed espionage options when you "use spy"


Currently the full list is :

Investigate city
Steal technology
Steal world map
Steal plans
Initiate propaganda
Sabotage production
Expose enemy mole
