And for all of you you say 6 * 100 is 600 not 256 you are wrong. Its the area is 6 times as large. so 256*256 = 65536 which is 6.55 times larger than the max size for civ 2 which was 10000. Just in case anyone is like those on another thread which said its not 6 times larger.

Hey if they are gonna name all native americans Iroqouis, they should use Iroqouis's capital. If not, call them Sioux or some other native american tribe who has their captial located many stone tosses away from the Americans! Why Iroqouis???

Or just call them "Native Americans" and be done with it. I intend to change them to that with the editor.

As for the palette, look at EU and you will see the many options for colors. Each major color has many variations that are distinct. White has beige, blue has cyan, red has pink, purple has violet, etc. 16 won't be a problem. Now 32...that would be more of a challenge...

Not, of course, that the Iroqouis had a capital "city" in any settled Western sense of the term, but that's just one more problem with the Civ world we're going to ignore in favour of gameplay. Right?

I'm with vincentz. Just name them all Native americans and be done with it
