    It's nothing much really, just some Paint, LviewPro, an idea and a lot of time.

    MarkG: I did an extensive use of the cheat editor so if it isn't included in Civ3 it could make it much harder to do something similar. Plus the graphics don't look cartoony enough

    For those who had a keen eye, you may have spotted Markos' avatar sun in the temple icon.
    Student: You can't give us this test, I don't understand anything!
    Teacher: What would be the point of giving you a test if you understood?

                                no, its civ 1 for windows, with civ 2 graphics in coloured boxes!
