New borders, culture points etc.

I really think that the new border system with culture points for each city will make Civilization III very, very exciting! Now all players will have to make temples, cathedrals, libraries etc. to receive the new culture points. I think that its looks good because then you will get rid of some of the players who "only" want to play the game for building more and more militaristic units for only one reason: War. That is not good all the time.
