  • Coupla bits o' info

New (I think) images I found using Gnucleus. Looks like ads, but they provide info.

Bismarck is in as the leader of the Germans, and that was his ugly pus in the screenshot.

    Hiawatha is the Iroquois leader.

Take a gander at the Aztec leader.

A few weeks ago we had a funny, little thread going on about some of these pics, just to let you know.
However, it is difficult to believe that 2 times 2 does not equal 4; does that make it true? On the other hand, is it really so difficult simply to accept everything that one has been brought up on and that has gradually struck deep roots – what is considered truth in the circle of moreover, really comforts and elevates man? Is that more difficult than to strike new paths, fighting the habitual, experiencing the insecurity of independence and the frequent wavering of one’s feelings and even one’s conscience, proceeding often without any consolation, but ever with the eternal goal of the true, the beautiful, and the good? - F.N.

Hey, I don't think anyone has seen those last two you posted. That's some pretty cool stuff. Do you have any more?

                I saw those on gamespot.com

They come up in the advertisement boxes.

                  Aztec leader is undoubtably Montezuma.

I've never seen a Moctezuma as leader of the Aztecs anywhere and a quick search on the internet turned up nothing related to the Aztecs. It may just be a variation in spelling, but Montezuma is used exclusively here.

I'm with Juandalf. Montezuma comes as an ugly misspelling to me, I've always seen it written Moctezuma, and it's the name the Spanish Conquistadors gave to him, as far as I know...

                          Napoli, Naples
                          Civilisation, Civilization

So there is just a language difference. Don't get hett up about it.

Well the Marine Corps hymn has always spelled it as Montezuma, and if it was good enough for Chesty Puller, it's good enough for me. PC and the feelings of other cultures be damned

Besides, spring breaking college kids would be culturally sensitive enough to spell Montezuma's Revenge correctly wouldn't they

In all mexican books of history he is named Moctezuma, even the makers of beers ( Tecate and anothers) are from "Cervecería Moctezuma")
