diplomacy has the "bargaining table". i doubt they'll change it. whatever you can do with a human can be done with an AI.

nothing has been mentioned spacifically on multiplayer.
Fairyaxis has been good at tip toeing aroud that.
but the code is done. civ3 is in beta.
