Civilization Leaders, changing clothes?

i was looking at the civ3 screenshot at http://gamespot.com/gamespot/stories...7241-2,00.html and it looks to me that cleopatra is where different cloths than in other screenshots? looks like fur. so what i'm thinking does the civ leaders change cloths according to age or possibly being able to change there looks at the begining of the game? like say skin color, and clothing? out of different choices.

To make custom civ leaders could work this way too, i pick features of clothing (like hat/shirt/?) skin color, facial lookings, (eyes, eyebrows, face shape, ect) but iof that is how it works wouldnt it look weird sometimes??

yea, the leaders change dress/appearance based on the tech tree age they are in.

more work for mod makers. 4x animations of leaders.

i say one pic, 4x more civs.
