  • Mark or Dan: Apolyton Civ3 Release Party?

Y'all got anything planned for the Civ3 release?? Maybe special guests or whatever? If it will be released in oct (and it looks like Firaxis is pretty certain that it will be) then I'd think now would be the time to start planning. . and I was just curious if this is something you'd thought of/planned on already. .

i had a weird dream a few days ago, wherein i shook sids hand and took a picture with him.

i had my arm around that big lug.

        i mean god.

I'm planning to take a weeks vacation, so I can play 20 hours a day.

I need to get the release date confirmed, so that I can arrange to be off work.

I'm buying a new computer to play Civ3 on!

          I'm craaaaaaazzzzzzyyyyy!!!!!

And ill have my Civ 3 cookie tin right next to me, filled to the brim with necessary supplies so i dont need to stop Civin' unless nature calls...

I'm planning to take time off work when CIV3 comes out ... two weeks should be enough. Ahh, springtime in Melbourne with CIV3 out ... oh bliss
None, Sedentary, Roving, Restless, Raging ... damn, is that all? Where's the "massive waves of barbarians that can wipe out your civilisation" setting?

Unfortunately they probably wont release it here as with the rest of the world... And ordering from the US isnt too attractive considering our weak $.

Then again this could be a good thing... i might be able to finish uni this year *before* Civ 3 comes out, so ill be able to pass my subjects

oy! i think a dingo ate your baby!

Aussies, what do you think of all your government's and ISP's spying and blocking of stuff on the web.

Slashdot is giving a very one sided argument on it, just wanted to know.
