  • Exit "We love the king day"?

In Civ2 golden ages already more or less existed in the form of the "We love the king day".
Will the "We love the king day" still be in Civ3?

Just FYI in case folks are confused about this:
AFAIK, "We Love the King Day" is still very much alive and has not been replaced by the "Golden Age". WLTKD is city-specific and can happen repeatedly, whereas the Golden Age is an empire-wide bonus that you only get once.

that's what dan said at civ fanatics...so it sounds like they are still in

What would be the real-life equivalent of a "We love the king day"? I can hardly see us having a "We love Tony Blair" day or "We love Dubya day".

          We love ourselves day?
It's candy. Surely there are more important things the NAACP could be boycotting. If the candy were shaped like a burning cross or a black man made of regular chocolate being dragged behind a truck made of white chocolate I could understand the outrage and would share it. - Drosedars

I like it!! It's the people that make an empire after all!

Who needs to feel the love of the people anyway? They shouldn't love you, the should fear you!

Actually I hardly ever gets any of those days in my civs so I don't think I would even notice. They can take it away.
