  • Domestic Advisor Suggests ICS

In this Screen the Domestic Advisor says "Build more cities!". Ok, I think that with 4 good developed cities, 2 quite good and one bad it is time to build one more city, bur "more cities!". That should be at least 10 more , now that is ICS, but with that production I can understand it. 9999 turns for one settler, I would get bored for less .

At 9999 turns to build everything it will take the following.
I just did the math. At 5 second per turn, 12 turn per min. It would take 13.89 hours to build one settler. This game may only be 6020 year long, however it will take you about 10 years to compete one game.
Of course these are screen shots and a lot can change before they finnish the game.

They must use a long game option .
How many turns do you count for each year?

They need some work, I know. I was just making fun of them .

The screenshot with the "9999 turns" shows, that the civ is in anarchy, maybe because of a change of government. This also explains that there is 100 % corruption

            yea, look.

            the money is breaking even.

            (79 in - 79 out for corruption)

and no production is going on.

You are correct, this thread is not mine. I did not realize this yesterday when I replied to the thread.

But of course your domestic advisor will be suggesting more cities. Meanwhile your military advisor is saying build more Swordmen or whatever. It is up to you to make the decision as to what to do. And if ICS is cured, which Firaxis has claimed than you would take the domestic advisors advice with some salt.

In my youth (10 to 14 years old) I did predict two or three item that later came true. Two years ago I told my wife that this one girl at school was/would be working for her (start of school year), and she said no she was not and had never worked for her. Well later that year (last trimester) that young girl did in fact work for her as a TA. (Had a dream).
One of my uncle told me many years ago that in 1906 (age 8) one day when living in LA that his mother should get in touch with her family living in San Francisco, that something very bad had happen. It was the Earthquake.
Back to Civ 3. Hey guys I have been telling you all this time about Civ 3
