I am sure that nuclear warfare should be modified, but most of ideas that were given are ridicules.
    1. In the REAL world nuclear missile ALWAYS hits a target, unless it is shot down by a rocket, laser or interceptor.
    2. It should be possible to move nukes in the special van like they do in soviet army.
    3. Non nuke defense should be 100% certain
    4. I quite agree with the idea of placing nukes in underground silo, but that should protect them only from bombardment or other nuke hit, but NOT from ground units.
    5. The city which was hit by a nuke should be COMPLETELY destroyed unless there is certain city improvement which allow citizens to hide.
    6. Nuclear waste should be different from normal pollution.
    7. The blast radius which you suggest is too large (you cant destroy Europe with one nuke, can you?).
    8. It should be possible to make nukes with different destructive radius (not to large how ever or it will break the Earth in two)

These are my suggestions. Thank you for reading!

the nuclear blast should destroy everything on the target tile, even the terrain, and make it impossible to build anything there for 20 years. the neighbour tiles should be affected briefly for 5 years, slowing down the pop increase and make the irrigations payoff less.

Ground units should certainly be able to destroy nukes in silos. There is always other ways to access the missiles, which are hard to bypass but not impossible for the approximately divisional-size Civ units.

        These are my suggestions.
These aren't all suggestions these are more less complaints against other people's ideas. You really didn't come up with anything that would help the nuclear model that hasn't been already said. All you did was tear down some of the good ideas that would help the nuclear model and talk about some other ideas which have already been mentioned. You also didn't even mention all of the great ideas that have been mentioned for MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction).
However, it is difficult to believe that 2 times 2 does not equal 4; does that make it true? On the other hand, is it really so difficult simply to accept everything that one has been brought up on and that has gradually struck deep roots – what is considered truth in the circle of moreover, really comforts and elevates man? Is that more difficult than to strike new paths, fighting the habitual, experiencing the insecurity of independence and the frequent wavering of one’s feelings and even one’s conscience, proceeding often without any consolation, but ever with the eternal goal of the true, the beautiful, and the good? - F.N.
