I would like to play on a server for no fee à la Warcraft Battle.net
I am intrigued by the Simultaneous Offline Moves idea.
What happens when two allies want to put a unit in the same square? What if someone breaks a peace treaty and nukes a whole bunch of your cities and you want to fight back but you have no clue the guy is planning that offline?
