Arcanum, then Morrowind, then Civ3. If MOO3 was coming out this year, it'd beat Civ3 also, but I'm still very excited about it, the others just are a bit closer to my dream games...

A preview for MOO3 listed its release date as "3 months after Civ3"

At least they're smart enough to not directly take on the 800-lb gorilla of 4X games straight out of the starting gate
