Football Stadium (check out this screenshot) (and it better be football instead of handmelon or some other mutations!)

It appears to me from this screenshot (Link ) that buildings may become obsolete.

There are two granaries, an old run down one and a new clean one and also a colliseum and a football stadium. It would appear to me that the granary then becomes obsolete and a new one must be built similar to the barracks in Civ2 based on achieving a new tech, say an advanced agricultural tech.

Maybe the coliseum and stadium do the same thing, or it could be a multiplying effect, such as the factory and mfg. plant in Civ2 where the facility effects both count.
