  • Question about leaders

Let's assume that mighty Roman empire takes one of their leaders, Stefanos, and gives him as much Roman Legions as possible. Then he is sent against German city of Nurmeburg with purpose of taking it over. However, Germans have invented Gunpowder and new Musketeers pound the stuffing out of Roman Legions.

What now happens to Stefanos? Is he dead, or is he still alive and waiting to get new stack? Maybe he's captured, and could be ransomed or killed?

I don't think Firaxis has answered this, but it would still be good to know.
"Spirit merges with matter to sanctify the universe. Matter transcends to return to spirit. The interchangeability of matter and spirit means the starlit magic of the outermost life of our universe becomes the soul-light magic of the innermost life of our self." - Dennis Kucinich, candidate for the U. S. presidency
"That’s the future of the Democratic Party: providing Republicans with a number of cute (but not that bright) comfort women." - Adam Yoshida, Canada's gift to the world

It would seem most logical if his army is destroyed then the leader unit is killed as well and the romans need to get a new one. Or how ever they get them.
I have walked since the dawn of time and were ever I walk, death is sure to follow. As surely as night follows day.
