Will the partizan unit be in civ3?
Will nationality or cultural effect the creation of partizans?
Will the senate be in civ3?
Will the senate still be arbitrary or will it take into account who started the war, how the war is going etc?
How quickly do cultural borders grow?
How large can a civ's cultural borders get to be?
Do cultural borders ever shrink (assuming the city isn't destroyed)?
How are borders handled when two cities from different cultures are founded close to one another?
How many turns will there be in Civ3?
How big will a standard map be in Civ3?
Will units really be supported by just gold?
If units are supported by gold, then how is communism so good at warfare?
Will democracy be too powerful at war now?
How does the conscription feature work?
Will communism's military power be based on conscription?
Has the government system gotten any new features added to it?
Will any of the features of SMAC's social engineering be included in civ3?
