How quickly do cultural borders grow?

How large can a civ's cultural borders get to be?

Do cultural borders ever shrink (assuming the city isn't destroyed)?

How are borders handled when two cities from different cultures are founded close to one another?

Will any of the features of SMAC's social engineering be included in civ3?

Will civil wars still occur when a civ loses it's capital?

If a civil war occurs will the break away civ turn into a new culture?

Will there be more advanced types of city specialist in the game ala SMAC?

Will any new types of city specialist be in civ3 besides tax collector, scientist, and entertainer (soldier, doctor, or business executive for example)?

    Do wars disrupt trade routes?

    Can a city be blockaded?

    Do cities spontaneously revolt?

How exactly does culture allow a civ to take over another?

Do conquered cities of one nationality ever change to the nationality of the conquerer?

Will railroads still allow unlimited movement?

Will there be volcanoes and earthquakes in civ3? How about plauges and crop failures?

Is there a limit to the number of leaders a civ can have at once?

Do leaders dissappear after a set amount of time?

Will tobacco be one of the luxeries?

How many paths to victory will Civ3 have?

Will a civ's unique units cost any more than regular units?

Will the internet be a wonder in Civ3? Either major or minor?

Are minor civs still going to be in civ3? If so are they only going to be barbarians cities?

Will civ3's scenario editor include a macro language like civ2?

Will civ3 have only two levels of unit moral like in civ2 or will it have many levels like in SMAC?

Besides two population settlers, will civ3 have anything like a maximum number of cities a certain government can have?
